Why do some black people refer to themselves as African American when some of them do not have any African ancestory in their blood? Is it not true if you were born in America then you are an American and if you are black then you are a Black American. What about the white people born in Africa who have come to America and became Americans, do you call them African Americans????? as this is what they are.

I have a friend that claims to be a vegetarian, will not eat meat of anykind, however doesnt mind it the food has been flavored with the meats' broth just as long as she doesn't eat the meat.

I have been diagnosed with second hand smoke disease.(proven by lung surgery and samples) I HAVE NEVER smoked nor do I allow anyone to smoke in my house or cars and I was raised in a NON SMOKING FAMILY. I got it while working amongst the prisoners that, at that time smoking was allowed. Have there ever been any cases taken to court for the "TRUE NONSMOKERS". I am curious to find out. It has been 8 yrs since diagnosed. Please only answer with intelligent answers, as I am not into ignorance and stupidity. Thank you
