How much will it cost to sell my house?
We have got into a bit of financial trouble and are selling our house to move into rented accomodation. In what order do things get paid on completion - do solicitors take their fees first and then pay off the mortgage or will we end up owing the solicitor money if we sell for less than our outstanding mortgage?
3 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agohelp, home hair dye disaster!?
I dyed my hair medium brown (permanent colour) yesterday, but it is more like black!! Can I put a lighter colour over it to sort it out or do I have to live with it?? I can't afford to go to the hairdresser or I wouldn't be in this situation in the first place!

16 AnswersOther - Home & Garden1 decade agoToddler upset about going to nursery?
My little boy is 2 years 9 months and he started nursey two afternoons a week 4 weeks ago. I expected the tears when I left him at nursery for a few weeks but he is also crying every day and keeps repeating that he doesn't want to do to nursery, he doesn't like it.
Since he was a year old he has spent two days a week with my parents, only during the day. He was fine with this and looked forward to his 'nanny and grandad days'. Since starting nursery he cries constantly and wont even go to see his grandparents.
I am at my wits end and dont have a clue what to do. I am sitting with him now while he repeats over and over 'I don't want to see nanny and grandad, don't want to go to nursery, don't like the toys'
Help, please!

5 AnswersOther - Food & Drink1 decade agolarge accommodation in norfolk/suffolk for family celebration??
Does anyone have any recommendations for accommodation in Norfolk or Suffolk that is large enough to sleep 20 people (plus 5 kids) and would be suitable for a family dinner for my dad's 60th birthday?
1 AnswerOther - United Kingdom1 decade agocan anybody recommend accommodation for a family celebration next year? It needs to sleep around 20 people.?
It is my dad's 60th in August next year and we are looking to rent a large self catering cottage/house so the family can get together to celebrate. It needs to sleep around 20 people and have a large dining area. It also needs to be child friendly as there are 5 children under 10. We would prefer it to be within easy reach of Essex so Suffolk/Norfolk would be ideal. I have been trawling the Web but not really come up with many ideas.
