So I got a random pop up saying I have a virius, but i have an anti-virius proection and a add blocker so how do i know its for real and how do I get rid of it if it is legit?

so I was texting a close friend of mine, and just joking around she called me a dork (which I know I can be a big dork sometimes) so I asked her how am I a dork? and she said that I was romantic in a fairy tale sort of way, which I never considered myself romantic
