I am in need of a temporary place to stay in the Western NY area, Jamestown/Fredonia among other places throughout the year. I was wondering if there was a service or site that may help find a short lease, furnished apartment or house for an approximate stay of 2-3 months. Would it be best to contact my realtor or a realtor in that area for guidance?

I am looking to purchase a notebook for the purpose of travel. My job is taking me from place to place right now and i would like to have my computer with me for basic information and internet access. How does purchasing said internet access work and basic rates? Any suggestions on types or brands of laptops would be appreciated. Do not need any bells and whistles or turbocharged, just a basic notebook for minor browsing and email. I am pretty much out of touch with the tech trends of today. Thanks.

I had decent pressure in my shower since i have owned the house. The center knob that diverts the shower from tub faucet went bad. It was to the point of the tub faucet and shower running at the same time. I took the center thing off and there was a rubber gasket in there that was mangled so i replaced the whole arm apparatus. I seem to have lost much of the pressure i had in the shower. When i initially turn the shower on it gives me full pressure but dies down in a few seconds. What may be the problem, could i have overtightened the new arm, or any other type of install mistake?

Not just for a throwback game. Maybe even just helmets. I myself am not a Bills fan, but i did dig their white helmets of the early, mid 80s. Hell, i liked all of the mid 80s unis. Green Jets helmets, red Falcons hats. (okay NE, and Tampa have improved since then )
