  • Can being "extra sexual" make you more fit?

    Now, don't get me wrong, when I mean "extra sexual," I don't mean being a whore or someone who has sex with random people.

    I mean someone that gets pleasure more often.

    I've heard how kissing, sex, etc are great for raising your heart rate, increasing the production of endorphins, and burning calories at a faster rate. I even heard someone say that kissing for 60 mins straight burns over 1,000 calories!

    So, what I was thinking was, would someone who does these things more often be more apt to being more healthy?

  • April 1st = 3 Months!?

    On April 1st will be my girlfriend and I 3 months anniversary.

    I was just wondering........

    Do you have any suggestions for what i should do with her. I want to do something sorta romantic yet still fun and a little crazy too. =)

    Perhaps something outdoors (weather permitting)?

    and..... im 17, shes 15 in the L.A. area.
