ok, its a long story but i'll cut this down as much as possible...i have always suffered from anxiety, i worry about everything. my anxiety surrounds stressful situations, family, money worries or even being on my own at times etc. but i have other symptoms for example;

lying in bed and being aware i am breathing too slowly or thinking i have an irregular heartbeat and sitting up and panicking about it.

or freaking out about the concept of things e.g death, dying, disease, i even freaked out before when thinking about the organs inside me lol, funny now but it frightened me at the time.

i drink alcohol rarely (4 times a year), but when i do, its not like any normal hangover, its really bad panic attacks and depression>>quite severe

i also had the irrational thought when i was walking alone down the street that my brain wasn't sending signals to my legs to walk and that i was to collapse.

i worry about every bodily twinge i experience also, so have admit i am a bit of a hypochondriac also!!

i also have spells where i get up screaming from my sleep,saying random stuff, most times i don't even remember now.

my mind is on over drive all the time, even when im going off to bed, lying there i will hear rambling voices in my head, but im aware that it is really me doing the voices, i also sometimes have hallucinations of spiders and stuff when im going to sleep.

i have mood swings and waves of anxiety when i come into realisation of things , so do these symtoms sound like a problem to you??
