My dog has been pooping blood

its pretty slimmy and she's about 4 months old

shes pretty sad and she wont move

she would come out and stand there for about 10 min. and then go back to her hiding place

she's a Rottweiler mix

she has been eating grass and those dead dried up worms she has been finding in the grass

she's always depressed

and theirs no local places that are open likes to see a vet...
