I'm looking for a lady name Amber Poland 26yrs old who resides/resided in Jacksonville, Fl. about a couple of years ago.

I've seen a million questions on here about MySpace and registered sex offenders, but has anyone actually BEEN to the sex offender site and searched around for a while? I can't seem to find a man I used to know who had served several years in prison for "having sex with his underage girlfriend". How are we supposed to know EXACTLY what crime was committed by the offender? It's very vague. I think the public should worry more about the conviction and labeling process of THAT website than Myspace's. I recently typed in the name of an ex-boyfriend on the google search engine and was SHOCKED (ok, not that shocked, because he tried to do those things to me when I was younger) to find that he had been caught soliciting sex, sending nude pics, and planning to meet a 13yr old girl who was actually an agent for the police. When you go on his page though, it only says that he IS an offender. Because I know Brian Keith Fletcher, I know he's more of a danger than the average Joe, so, what gives..?

If the good Dr. can't get his name out as well as we all hope, who would be an acceptable alternate for his party? Also, does anyone know if we can change parties after the candidate's are picked, but BEFORE the primary election? Like many young people, I was sparked to register because of Ron Paul, but would hate my vote to go towards Gulianni or Romney. Maybe that's the reason that only 20% of the nation votes in the primaries... we should all switch to democrat if he doesn't get the nomination! Perhaps that would scare them straight!!! HAHA! Oh, and if you're anti-paul, I really don't care what you put on here, I've researched ALL the candidates and know where my beliefs stand. But, if you must, keep it short so I don't have to waste any more time on your pathetic opinion. Remember, YOU'RE the one's who clicked on MY question. So before you post stuff about him not being important, or not standing a chance, ask yourself why it is you keep clicking on questions that are about him. :)

I've followed him for a while and think he makes very valid points and is obviously the lesser of the evils in the Rep. party. But I would rather hear what YOU think, because I'm just one person..and my vote doesn't count, right? :)

P.S. Please, guys. I KNOW how easy it is to go on and on about Dr. Paul, but keep it to a minimum on this one. They already think we're freaks!! Paul-a-holics!!

The boss of a friend of mine gave us permission to take the company boat out for a tour of the canal (think San Antonio) at midnight. There was no issue about safety, because my friend drives the tour boat during the week. We boarded and had been touring for 5 minutes when 5 security guards for the canal motioned for us to pull over. They said we were stealing the boat, but we told them we had permission and gave the managers #. They only asked to talk to my friend (the driver), but as the rest of us walked away, a guard grabbed me by the arm and asked to see my ID. I asked him why? Another guard was screaming at me and this continued 3 times. Ask, why, scream, ask, why, scream. All of a sudden the guard handcuffed me and started throwing me around and saying that I was resisting arrest and obstructing justice! Then slammed me down on my back! They finally called the manager who said it was ok. They let us go, but I sustained a ruptured disk (I'm a small girl) and several bruises.

I attach the port from camera to computer and even save it to my picture file, but, when I attempt to post it to someone's page, it freaks out and won't let me.

After several years of waiting tables, I'm finally out, but I miss the amazingly stupid things customers used to say and do. Let me know a few of your favorites! They NEVER cease to amaze me! :)
