My husband likes the name Eli but I don't like this spelling. What are other options?

My son is ready to start solids and my pediatrician recommended that we start with vegis instead of cereal because he thinks the cereal will make my son constipated. I have never heard of starting with vegis but I trust my pediatrician. Will I be able to give him cereal later on? Has anyone ever been told this and how did it go?

I was just wondering if a sleep positioner is needed for a new baby and if so are there any you recomend?

Also I have heard that crib bumpers are good and other people have said not to use them. Any advice?

I have read on alot of yahoo answers that womens waters break when they are sleeping or in bed. Will this ruin the mattress if this happens, what are somethings people have done to prevent it from making such a mess? I know this may sound silly but I just want to know. I am 33 weeks and the whole water breaking thing is a question floating in my head?

I have been on bedrest since 25 weeks, so 8 weeks. I only have 3 weeks left before they let me off bedrest and the meds. I have been on bedrest for preterm labor. I have done all of the regular things to entertain myself but now that I am near the end I am so bored and I am going crazy. Any good suggestions?

I am 33 weeks, they are taking me off bedrest at 36. I am on terbutaline every 4 hours. I get very little sleep due to the regular pregnancy troubles, the contractions and waking up to take the meds. The terb. also makes me very shakey and just yucky in general.

We have already decided on the name but I just thought I would see what people thought. Thomas is my grandfathers middle name and Jaxon is a name we liked. We went with the spelling because we wanted something a little different. We can call him Jax for short instead of Jack.

I am 32 weeks and have been on bedrest and terbutaline since 25 wks. due to irritable uterus, meaning I have contractions all the time but so far I am not dialating. I had an ultrasound today and my baby is measuring 9 days smaller than he should. The doctor said he could just be a small baby or he could not be getting enough bloodflow. I have gained 25 pounds which my doctor said is a healthy weight. Has anyone hed a similar experience, what happened?

I am scheduled for another ultrasound in 2 weeks to see if he is growing. My amniotic fluid and placenta looked good today.
