  • How would you go about fighting a second a second DUI in California?

A small wreck. A child in the car but no charges other than the DUI. I understand there's ten days before the DMV actually suspends the license?

Is there a good lawyer for a cheaper cost anyone might know?

Should I look into a public defender? And if I do, how do I get them to look at my case before this is filed through the DMV? If she finds a Lawyer for $5000- would it be worth it? What all could a lawyer do and would it be better to look into being appointed to a public defender first? Are all other fines, classes and loss of license reduced or can be negotiated off in any which way?

The charge is a .08% DUI- she blew a .15.

There was NOT a blood test taken.

There WAS a sobriety test taken.

No trace of any other drugs were in her system (even though there wasn't a test for this).

There isn't any history of child abuse/endangerment or drug related convictions (other than a first DUI).

She believes she was very cooperate with the CHP officers and jail staff.

ALSO- The there is a problem with the power steering in her car. Would this benefit the case at all and/or bring up new problems?

Could we please get some advice?

    Thanks in advance.

  • If a full custody father got a dui with his son is the car, after a small wreck, but not charged with child?

endangerment, could he loose all rights to his son?

He was strapped in. Nobody was injured. Second offense DUI.

Could the mom come in if she found out what happened and gain rights to him?

Would he have to have already started classes or have to have finished them to keep his rights?

Overall- are any rights lost? (California)

  • 1995 Saab 900 SE Turbo problems... Please help?

Car wont start. (Manual 2.0.) Pop clutched it to get home. New battery. Fuses are all good. Trying to locate wiring connections but it looks fair... Lights and gauges work. When driving it back- most of the gauges didn't work. A starter problem? A neutral safety switch problem? Brake fluid is good... A small power steering leak from pressure hose but not too bad... It doesn't try to start and when the ignition key is in the on position after start position it clicks... Someone familiar with SAABS please help me! Thank you so much in advance.

  • Where is there a neutral safety switch in a 1995 Saab 900 SE Turbo?

How could I test it to see if it's bad?

  • How likely is a fire to start or damage to be done in a 1995 SAAB with a power steering pump leaking?

As it's close to the turbo- cheapest choice may to be drive it 40 minutes away to get fixed.

I've drove it around town a little. I've been told it's not that bad but needs to be done asap.

    Should I not chance it?

Especially living in 80-90 degree weather right now... Should I stop halfway and let it cool down?

Are there any mechanics that could give me a little advice after knowing a little bit about the system of this car?

    Thanks in advance

  • Oh geeze! How do I know if my Windows laptop is a 64 or 32-bit?

  • Would you think the motor is out on my convertible top?

I just got a sound system installed in my car and the next time I tried to push the button to bring the top down on my 1995 SAAB convertible 900 SE it didn't budge.

I took it back in and they checked all the fuses.

Is it about time for a 15 year old motor to run out? I live in a little town where nobody even works on European cars... Could I have someone locally check it with the possibility of it being as simple as other common cars?

Is there anything else I could check out in it or maybe a trick or two to it?

Is the motor the only thing involved with the top?

Thank you in advance your all of your advice.

  • How much would you pay for a Canon ae-1 camera with about five lenses?

    Lenses: cf1 auto teleplus 2x; Kiron 28-105mm f/3.2-4.5 macro 1:4 67mc 36317930; Hayo 55mm skylight(1b) canon fd 1:1.8 s.c. 1390626; 52mm/50mm tiffen sky 1-a; 55mm vivitar 75-205mm 1:3.5- 4.5mc macro focusing zoom.

I'm told that it has two different lights- and actually four lens and an extender for only one lens from the looks- (by the seller).

What kind of price range would I be looking at for the camera and these? Is it worth it? Are these good lenses? What kind of tricks can I proceed with, with these lenses?

I'm not too familiar with cameras (as the seller isn't either) but want a really good film one! Thanks in advance for your expertise!

  • How much would you pay for a Cannon ae-1 camera with a lot of extra lenses?

I'm not sure how many extra lenses but the picture of everything together that I seen looks like theres around 15 lenses. I'm not sure what it comes with or what little objects may look like lenses as it is hard to tell in the picture. If the cam is in good condition what price range would I be looking at? What year did they make these?

Hi-desert Southern California- I've worked serving drinks but not so much cocktails and mixed drinks. Could anyone give me alittle bit of what is common? I'll find how to make it exactly unless you see multiple ways of making- thanks in advance!
