Mommy to 2 little angels

My very close friend is uncomfortable with me doing anything nice for her or even saying anything nice to her. She says Im sorry it just makes me so uncomfortable that you are so nice to me. I have never had anybody be nice to me before you. I have a really hard time not being nice cause she means a lot to me and I know I mean a lot to her as well because she tells me that my friendship means the world to her.. I guess my question is how can I make her more comfortable with me doing nice things for her. She is totally deserving of having a good friend she is just not used to anybody treating her decent..thanks

I am really good friends with a person who considers themselves a loaner...This person has never been close to anybody and hasn't ever really had a good friend... Just wondering if anybody has any ideas how I can help make them feel a bit more comfortable... We text and talk and hang out a a lot but its like they don't know how to act when Im nice to them or if I say something nice to them...

Hi everybody...So my very best friend has bipolar and is going through a really rough struggle with it right now...she is really moody and she has been to the dr and has had her meds adjusted which I took her...ok so my question is...today is her birthday and we have spend the whole day together we went out for lunch and had a really good even with everything going on...she laughed and truly had fun...so tonight she was suppose to go to her nephews birthday party and she ended up getting into it with a family member and that particular family member called and told me that she got all pissed off and left...so my question is should I go check on her or just leave her alone until tomorrow....we have plans to spend the day together again tomorrow....just need some opinions...she gets really super sad after something like this happens like she feels so guilty about how she cant handle her moods sometimes...thanks...

Hi Guys...My best friend was court ordered to enter an addictions treament facility...She isnt addicted to anything...she takes prescription medication for mental illness and the county social worker had it out for her....she sees only one Dr for her meds and she takes her meds like she is suppose and in June was admited to a pysc ward for an attemped suicide that I help stop...she called me that night to say goodbye and got her to her before she took all the pills she had just had refilled. while she was hosptialized her dr adjusted her meds and since then she has been doing good... ...we see each other everday and when she was hospitalized for the suicide attempt I visited her everday....we talk and text all the time...well me and my girls were with her on wed night....the night before she had to go to this treatment center she doesnt want to be at or needs to be at...and she told me that she doesnt want me to come visit her cause its to hard to say goodbye when I have to leave she says she doesnt want any visits or calls ...the treament center is 200 miles from our town...I think she said it because she doesnt want to feel like a burden to me and my family...we have been friends with her for 15 years....she will be in this place for 6 weeks min and up to 3 months max...I even have her dogs staying with us...what do you guys think...should I just go visit her anyway even though she said she doesnt want any vistors...oh and her birthday will be while she is in this place too...im thinking about just showing up to surprise her on her birthday...do you think i should just stay away or you guys think she really wants me to come just doenst want to feel like she is a burden...thanks...Im so confused as to why she would want it this way...its so not like her to not want us around...I didnt get any answers to this I really want some opinions on what to do here...I would love to go visit her tomorrow being this is her first weekend away...and Im really miss her alot...you dont realize how much you miss someone till you cant talk to them whenever you want or go see them whenever you want...

Hi everybody...My best friend was admitted to the hospital 4 nights ago because her depression is just so severe and she was talking about suicide....can you guys give me any ideas on how to be supportive while she is in there....they are doing some med changes and they figure she will be there for 2 weeks....We are watching her dogs while she is gone and I have been to visit....thanks

My husband and I have sex pretty regular...I have not been on birth control since 2001...we use condoms...I had a shorter than normal period in oct which started on the 16th and lasted for 3 days...then on nov 9th we had sex and our condom broke..I was due to get my period last sat...so I am week late..have been having some mild cramping for the last week and half thinking I was getting my period and still nothing at all...We have two little girls now so I should know the signs but this time is just way different...just want opinions...going to test in the morning...thanks

Just want your guys opinions...I know I just have to take a test but just want thoughts...I am now 6 days late for my period...I have had sex with a condom but the condom broke...I have been having some cramping like I am going to start my period but nothing...and now the last 2 days by breasts have become sore...I already have two little girls and should know the signs but this time is different...the last two times I have become pregnant...I had no cramps no nothing...what do you guys think...pregnant or not??

what made you to decide to have your 3 rd baby?? my husband and i have 2 girls and would really like to try for a boy...was there a big change between 2 kids verses 3 or was a bigger change from 1 to 2?? thanks

I had toxemia with my last baby and was on BP meds for a week and then was delivered by c-section at 36 weeks...With my first baby I had the start of toxemia but it ended being just high BP...all of this started in my 7- 8 months and other than that I never had any other problems with being pregnant...I loved being pregnant....What do you think my chances of getting Toxemia again would be? We want to have a third baby but are scared too...I know you guys aren't DRs and I will be talking to an OB before I get prengant again to get a professional opinion...but would you have another baby?

Hi there...I am just wanting opinions on what you would do...My husband and I have been together going on 12 years...We have 2 daughters our oldest being 7 and our littlest is 22 months...We want to have another baby ( he wants to try for a boy)...We both have good jobs and everything like that...The only problem is with both of my previous pregnancies I have had toxemia..which the last time made me have to deliver 4 weeks early but she was fine and so was I once she was born...Would you have another baby? I really want to but I am scared to death I am so in between...thanks for you opinions

One of my really good friends who lives in Arizona lost her 15 year old daughter in a bad car accident around a year and half ago...Last year on her daughter's birthday I just called and talked to her...she was having a really hard time which is to be expected...But this year I am actually going to be in Arizona staying with her over her daughters birthday...any ideas on how to try and make this day go a little bit easier for her?? I am leaving for a flight to AZ in a couple of weeks and have a couple questions for checked bags....I live my home state and fly to DEN and then connect to fly to PHX...on United and then one the way home I am flying from PHX to MSP on Northwest...I am going to get charged for my checked bags from Untied on my down and then again from Northwest on the way bag....I booked this a roundtrip if that makes a difference?? Thanks...I have never flown on a connecting flight before I have always just had a direct flight but this was way cheaper...

another thing~~ I am taking both flights to AZ but on the way home I am wondering if I was to just take carry on bag if my husband could just pick me up in MSP cause I have 4 hour layover there and in that amount of time I could already be back home instead of taking my connection....will I get pentalized or will I get a refund for not taking that part of the flight...Or will nothing happen?? Just wondering what to do...I really don't want to sit for 4 hrs...when I booked the flights the layover was only 1.5 hours and they changed it to 4hrs...thanks

I have a very lets say ACTIVE almost 2 year old...she will be 2 the end of Nov...she has been walking since before she turned a year old and is starting to really not like her stroller at all...When she was smaller I carried her in a carrier and she loved it and as she become bigger she become to heavy for me to carry anymore so I had switch over to her stoller...I would like to know if anyone knows of a good comfortable carrier for an older baby who is still almost to little to just walk but hates to be put in the stroller....we have also been thinking about one of those backpack type harness things...just so that she is close and can't get away.....I already know that you have to teach them dicipline..I get that I have an 8 year old that is very well behaved and never had this much energy when she was little...I just want my little girl to be safe and happy all at the same time....any suggestions??? Would you use a backpack harness???

HI there..My sister is currently pregnant with her first baby,she is 36 and a half weeks..and now her DR wants to try and turn her baby cause he is not head down yet and her DR says that she can also feel her bag of water when examining her??? How many of you have had this happen to you and were they able to get the baby to turn or did you end up with a c-section? Thanks

Do you think that my 21 month old will be able to go for 4 days without nursing...she is down to only nursing around 3 times a day now...I am not wanting to wean her yet and would like to let her wean on her own...How many times a day while I am going to be gone away from her do you think I need to pump...or do you think I need to pump at all while gone? I don't want to become engorged while on vacation..How many of you think she will still want to nurse when I get back...I am going out of state for a wedding and our kids are staying home with daddy...thanks

My sister is 35 weeks pregnant and just went to the hospital for what she thinks are contractions....This is her 1st baby...Do you think that if it is real labor they will let her deliver or will they stop it because she is not 37 weeks yet?? My stepmom and I are having an agrument about this...she says no they will let her go and I say I think they will try and stop it....what do all you ladies think...
