If I haven't responded to you, it's most likely because I haven't received your message. Sorry. Grrr. Old Contacts and friends feel free to re-add. New folks please send a courtesy email if you could. Thanks. 10/25/2013: After a 9-month absence I return to Answers only to find I'm a Canadian. I guess that beats the ubiquitous 'site maintenance". Sigh.
