I was told about a month ago that if I needed to try and take less time off from work. However, if I did miss for a Dr apt, then to bring in documentation proving I was there. Well This past Monday I did just that. My 6 month old son was running a fever and had a persistent cough. I took him to the Dr. and the next day I went in to work, with a note from my doctor. They told me they are going to have to let me go. I filed for unemployment (VA) and waiting to hear to see if I am approved or not. I was told from a friend of mine that they may classify that has misconduct because I warned about it in the past. However that was nearly a month ago. I was told to bring a note or documentation. Of which I complied.

Another thing that struck me was that later that day, my fiance went in to my workplace and she had asked for something to show that I was fired because she needed it for her work (Social Services) so that I can possibly get assistance until I receive unemployment. They said they do not provide such information, and that I was not fired, I was dismissed.... Googled it and they pretty much mean the same. Maybe someone on here could shed some light on the situation. Thanks

Police officer issues 5 summons for a barking dog within 3 hrs... is this harassment? I was outside knowing the dogs were not barking and the same officer shows up with a summons saying my dogs were barking. The same officer of the other 4 complaints... The officer sat outside my residence for 10 minutes and shined a light on my dog, and my dog started barking then i got the first summons...

LONG STORY SHORT.... FRIEND OF MINE WHO WAS LIVING WITH ME HAD CABLE THROUGH THIS COMPANY BEFORE. HE STILL OWED A BILL AND I WANTED SERVICE IN MY NAME BUT COULDN'T GET IT UNLESS THE LEASE WAS IN MY NAME, AND SO I CREATED A FALSE LEASE SO THAT I COULD GET SERVICE. WHEN THE CABLE MAN CAME I COULDN'T FIND THE LEASE BUT I SENT A COPY OF THE FALSE ONE TO THE COMPANY AND THEY APPROVED IT. I DON'T HAVE CABLE THROUGH THEM, AND I DONT OWE THEM ANYTHING, AND I CANCELED MY REQUEST FOR SERVICE SO COULD I GET IN TROUBLE IF THEY WERE TO FIND OUT?

A friend of mine replaced a head, and changed the transmission fluid and did not use the gasket.... he siliconed it... i was told not to for reasons it would leak like crazy and wouldn't work long. he also used all purpose lubricated grease inside a engine when he was overhauling it... i was taught only to use motor oil, and possibly vaseline

must read entire thing to understand We love each other very much, but she is in a terrible relationship. a man, father of her son and daughter, He expects to have sex 24/7 no matter time, date, place, visitors etc. He has hit, her, her son for reason for she not having sex with him, and little boy for playing and laughing too loud... daughter was crying one day in hungar, him not knowing what was wrong thinking she was tired picked her up and shook her yellin at her to go to sleep she is 10 mnths old. I'm in love with a beautiful woman as well as she is with me. We like everything the same as each other esp christmas our fav season. her husband hates it, claims its a suicidal season. He does not help her with anything, laundry, dishes, cleaning, cooking, bathing the kids, dressing them, he wont even go outside and play with his 4 yr old son... excuse " I work all week I want to relax on the W/E. He expects her to drop what she is doing whenever, wherever, and whoever is there, and give him sex whenever he feels like it which basically 24/7. If she refuses he gets in a mad about it.. ex. he has called her a whore b/c she refused, he has hit her, choked her for refusing. this is no lie I have had to throw him off her b/c of his anger problem his whole fam has ADHD and bi-polar disorder. He has a VERY VERY short temper.. He has litterly beaten his son for having too much fun as he says.. there is so much i could say just not enough room there is more you need to hear.. will you listen?

I own a 85 Chevrolet S10 Blazer 2.8 L V6 carburated, it has a loud knock in park when you put it in gear it quites significantly, It is very slow when you drive if you try to floor it, it kind of bogs down like its flooding it self out. its 0-60 is like 30 seconds, no lie, i mean it is horrible. it is hard to start even harder in cold weather such as now, also when u do start it sometimes it blows out thick black smoke, which usually means its running rich, but i only put in 87 octane, timing is off but only by 4 degrees. I cant shred it like many of you are thinking we should, but moms wont, her dad bought it brand new for my older brother, and he gave it to my mom, she holds sentimental value, because her father passed away in 93 due to cancer, and its all she really has to remember him by.... but other than shreading it, like i know some of you are suggesting, ALSO i've done a flywheel check and its not damaged so wtf is wrong with the sob. please serious answers only

Heres the deal, theres this girl i've liked for a while and i've asked her out for this V-Day for a movie. Shes told me before that shes not a big fan of chocolate, nor she doesnt realy like gifts, but a buddy of mine whom shes known for 5 or more years says that she does like gifts from friends. So What do I do? Do I buy a Rose and Chocolate or something little less traditional. I do weight lifting every other day but i do not eat right and it is affecting me in the weight room. My poor diet is holding me back from the performance I should be seeing if I were on a good healthy diet.
