ok so they have sent me a court summons an i called them they told me not to worry about it because my s.s number didn't match the one they had then a month or two later i had a collection company send me a bill for it so i called them once again they said the same thing . now i checked my credit report an it is showing up on it. i am at my wits end with this is there anything i can do ?

everytime i put it on my usb itunes says it can not read contents you need to restore, then it only plays a few seconds of each song ,or it says please use itunes to sync songs to your ipodis there anyway to fix it
