So I am pregnant with my sixth child and I have been feeling really full of dread and disconnected from this pregnancy. When I heard the baby's heartbeat last week, I didn't feel overjoyed or even happy, I just felt numb. I just have this constant feeling that this whole thing is going to end badly. When I talked to my mom about it, she pointed out that I had felt like this twice before and it was when I was pregnant with both of my daughters. So now I'm wondering if it is something hormonal. Like somehow because my daughters and I have similar hormonal makeups that I don't feel as pregnant or as close.

My question is to other moms out there. Did you notice a difference in your connection during pregnancy between your son or daughter? Has anyone else experienced the same paradox?

BTW- I don't know what I'm having yet, but I feel like it's a girl.

With Heros finally being back on tonight, I wondered if anyone had any opinions on what would happen the next few episodes. Also, when they advertise, they say it's the final chapters. After they "save the world" will there be more episodes, and if so, how do you think the plot lines will progress?

This is under Pregnancy because I'm pregnant. (Just in case your were wondering)

I am preparing my spring vegetable garden and have my started my seeds in an indoor greenhouse. My three-year-old son just went through and ripped the tops off of most of the seedlings. The stems and roots are still intact. Will the plants still grow or do I need to start over?

We have a large dog who still thinks she is a puppy. She always finds a way to get out of the backyard. We are convinced she is jumping over the fence. How do we keep her in?

I mean, really. Are we that uneducated as a society? And don't get me started on all the people that can't form a complete sentance!

I have to feed 11 people in two hours. I don't feel like cooking so I want to make something simple and quick. Any suggestions?
