  • Shared Printer problem using Vista?

    I have a desktop computer with Vista Home version and an HP printer which is shared over the network. From my laptop (also with Vista Home) I can add the printer connected to the desktop and print fine all day. When I boot the laptop and try to print again, it acts like it's printing but nothing comes comes out of the printer. I have to delete the printer from the laptop and add it back in, then it's fine till the next time I boot the laptop.

    I have searched various forums on the Internet and looked at the Microsoft site but I can't find anyone who's had this same problem.

    Can anyone help me with this?
