I have a puppy that is vomitting and has diarrhea. I bought some Lactated Ringers from a vet, but I'm unclear as to how much she needs to have per day. I was told 100 cc's, as she is ten pounds. But that doesn't seem like enough, as that is less than 4 ounces. I know a healthy puppy would drink more than that in a day, without having diarrhea to dehydrate. I also read on another website that she should have 720 cc's of Ringers per day. Does anyone know the answer? Please NO DUMB REMARKS. I have been working with a vet, and I could call her back, but it's late and I hate to wake her up if someone else knows the answer.

They are both girls, one is very dark red, the other very white. I'd like two names that go together, if possible. I'm thinking about Autumn for the red girl, but haven't found anything meaning white that I like, most names I've found are stupid. Any suggestions??

Is anyone out there in or near High Point, NC? Would you be willing to care for a great 5 month old Lab puppy until Mid-December while my son is at colloege? He has the dog there with him, but he needs to find somewhere for her to stay for just a few months or he'll get evicted from the campus apartment that he's in. He's going to move after 1st semister, but can't until then as he has a lease. He will provide all her food and take her to the vet as needed, but just wants her to have a great home until December.
