I had sex with a stranger last weekend. We didn't use a condom, he did release in me. On top of things he did preform Oral on me but was not returned by me. I feel so gross and have been since because this is not me. Should I be talking to my doctor to see if she can run a test to make sure that I did not contract anything? Please no judgement, I feel sick about it.  

I think i have hemorrhoids. I have alot of pressure and itchy sometimes before and after a bowel movement. Ive had alot of pain down there. When I have felt down there (specifically in the anal canal) there is a bump that is hard and sore. Just the one though? I have down a 7 days of suppositories with warm baths but the issue is still there. Any suggestions? I do have a doctors appointment this week for another issue so dont know if I should ask my Doctor or see if it goes away by itself. Im only asking on here because i'm a tad embarrassed to bring it up if it is nothing.

I haven t had a good year and on Meds .. I felt like things were turning around and then within the last week, my reality of returning to school has gone away from the school program coordinator not getting back to me after several attempts to meet with them to sign the papers, I got into a fight with a close friend who has helped me through this making me feel like I cant turn to them anymore, and then the psychiatrist who ve I have been seeing for a year had to take a leave of absence when I was supposed to see her tomorrow. Everything that I felt was going my way has taken a turn and now I just feel like im not going anywhere right now. Why am I having such a hard time with this?

Just wondering what exactly does a Physician Lead for a Eating Disorders Program entail?

I am going for my first pap.

1- Can I ask just to have my doctor present .. no nurse? I don't want more of an audience then whats needed

2- How would you prep for it?

3 - If your scheduled in for a Pap .. what exactly will my doctor do?

Can I request for just my doctor to be present for the pelvic exam. I know its an everyday thing for the doctors and nurses but I would just feel a bit more comfortable with out a nurse.

My psychiatrist sent me for blood work because she's worried about me not eating but I truly don't feel hungry, I didn't eat for over 30 hours before my blood test. Will she be able to tell that I haven't been eating?

I am having IV sedation on Tuesday to get some work done on my mouth. Last time I had this done -

The dentist a) Didn t wait to put the freezing needles in and b) I was sick during the work.

I know this time is different with the type of work being done but will I throw up again with having the IV sedation done and will my dentist wait till I am out to start the freezing or is it something that has to be done before?

I had an appointment this week and I left very upset. My next appointment is in a month and I don't know If I should try and go back this week to speak to her for a couple minutes to clear the air so I can feel better or if I should leave it?

I had an appointment with a psychiatrist who've I've seen lately and I left really upset after what she said to me and since then I've been very anxious and my next appointment is in a months time but I want to clear my conscious and make me feel a bit better so that I can focus on where I need to be focusing on. Will it look bad if i asked to see her for 10 minutes to quickly talk about it and leave??

I am bipolar and have been in a negative part right now and was off my medication. However when I was off, I engaged in protected sex with a couple of men who I didn't know. Should I be going to my doctor to get tested to make sure that I did not contract anything from these two guys? Im worried as I know it was out of character for me and I was off my meds

I had protected sex on Tuesday, with a guy ans I'm not on birth control.

However since then I have gotten sick (nausated, lower back pain and dull achy pains on and off at the top of my pelvis ( bakini line) . Should have I be concerned?

Should I go see my family doctor? Is this normal?

Has anybody had trouble with staying on a routine with their medications for bipolar 2? I just find it so complicated and my mindset on taking them is challenging

I have been sexually active and need to go on birth control and want to have blood taken for std's etc .. I am embarrassed about it only because I am bipolar and its a symptom. What do I say to the receptionist for my reasoning and how do I explain this to my doctor??

If so what will happen if I go in for It? Just want to be prepared. I don't want to go to my family doctor for personal reasons! I am over 18
