I had a partial hysterectomy in 2010 due to bad endometriosis. Since the surgery I have had cysts and other issues. Now I have to have another partial hysterectomy because of issues. Do I have a good case for malpractice?

MY sister owes me almost $1000 and refuses to pay me. I had major surgery Aug 26th and cannot return to work until October 7th. I have an appt on Oct 4th with my doctor to clear me to return. My car is in need of repairs and the money she owes me would more than pay for the repairs. If I do not go to the doctor that day I will lose my job. Can I sue her?

She offered my bed to some of these people because I am quote supposed to accomodate them as this is Xmas and is the thing to do. I think my sister needs major medicine and mental health assistance big time. How do you handle crap like this without going complete nuts?

I have been dating this guy from the reserves off and on for 3 or 4 years. Whenever I compliment him he negates them with statements like "you're lying I am just a loser." I don't know why you like me, I have nothing to offer; and no girl has ever liked me." When I suggest he see a therapist to deal with his low self-esteem he says he doesn't need one. I am so tired of hearing him drag himself down and I do not want to be his therapist. My sister tells me I should be there for him and help him feel better about himself.
