In the past, I've always been someone that didnt care what ppl thought of me. I acted the way I wanted to by being fully myself. About 5 years have passed and now i just look back at the person who i used to be, and i dont see that person anymore.

Of course we all change in our lives, but I dont want to change the way I have. I miss who i used to be, like certain aspects of my personality.

I have went through depression a few times in my life as well, so i know that plays a critical role. Also 5 years ago, i went thru a horrible break up.

I just have walls built up, and im even lost in them myself.

What do i do?? what steps can i take to get back to myself and be at peace with it. I just feel so uneasy about all of it, its just falling down on me at this point. please anyyyy advise.

I have a cousin that is jealous of me. We grew up together, and were basically tied to the hip. We're grown now, and ive seen a different side to her. She is jealous of my social, academic, etc life in everyway. I know she snoops on my social media accounts too, and i just want to delete them, but without deleting my account. UGH im so frustrated from 100 different angles. I'm upset that she is the way she is. I understand I prolly cant change that. But what do I do? How do I stop feeling this nauseous stomach feeling. I just dont feel free when I know whats going on. please help if you can.

So I have a test tomrw and I have a question about angular frequency. I have two equations. One says w=2•pi•f

And the other is w=the square root of k/m. I accidentally used the second one in a problem Cus I was given k and m but it was wrong and instead was supposed to use the first. Please tell me when am I to use either or?!!!!

-on break, he came to stand next to me outside when i was alone, and i completely ignored him (i got shy)

-he tried coming into a convo i had with some1 else

-i catch him looking at me sometimes and then he looks away kinda fast

-he seems to get kinda shy around me

-he knows i like this one band cus im always talking about their music, then he comes back to school with a NEW shirt of this band on. trust me i know it was new.

-he talks normal with other ppl, but when its me its kinda a weird/awkward vibe ( maybe bcus i make it that way cus i get shy around him?)

-and sometimes he will act like he doesnt care to talk or do anythng

i like this dude. we're both in college so im sure ill never see him after this class. Hes a shy guy. I'm pretty talkative, but around him I get shy and shut up, almost looks rude! he looks at me frequently so it might be a sign that hes interested? I really like this guy in my class. Were both sophomore college students so I'm sure we won't have another class again. Semesters almost half way done and I still haven tried talkin! He is shy type and keeps to himself. I talk a lot nd open but when he comes around I get super nervous and get totally serious. Like how don't get rid of this shyness. I need to man- up but idk!!!!!
