This house has been vacant for over a year, someone recently came out and boarded a few windows. I believe the owner just left the house. The condition is very poor on the outside, so Im sure the inside is even more hideous. I want to purchase the house, but I dont even know if its on the market. There are no records of foreclosure or anything, and the only info I was able to get is that a tax bill was paid last year. What would be the necessary steps to take to find out if its vacant, foreclosed, or any other info...Thanks for the input in advance.

Just out of curiosity what rights do she have as far whats mine. Like can she just walk into my house and say she live there, or take my car. This is far fetched, and unlikely to happen as we both have moved on, but I'm just curious.

I'm employed for a non profit organization, my supervisor is really close friends with my girlfriends mother. Their daily phone conversations consist of my job performance, other employees job performance, the hiring and firing of employees(the reasons behind their termination) his personal feelings about upper management, etc. He gives her every detail and every aspect of what goes on in our company. It really drives me nuts that she's able to bring issues about me that he is having, but he never comes to me at all. At what point can I sue, or have this issue solved by hr. What can happen to him, or me for bringing this up? Thanks for all input.

done with my bulking stage, now I am ready to tone, but I dont want to lose any weight, should I stop taking mass building protein shakes, start doing cardio, or what..thanks for your help!

Started weight lifting about 4months ago, I was 165-70lbs, My current weight is 195lbs...I've seen gains, other people have taken notice as well, my thing is why can't I tell that I've put on 25-30lbs, weather muscle or fat...I consume protein shakes daily, and workout 3-4 times a week...But no noticeable difference in tone...Where is the weight going, and should I be doing cardio to see toning results...I am only about 2 weeks removed from the bulking stage...

Just recently started working out to gain muscle mass a little over 2 months ago, I've been taking protein and eating more. My normal weight before working out was 165-170, I am 185lbs now, but I cant tell where 15lbs went. I see little result but not 15lbs worth...How can I tell where the weight is going, and how come I cant tell that I gained 10-15lbs

Every time I try to install the correct graphics driver from the hp website My pc shows no display when I restart it, then I have to go into safe mode in order to rollback the driver...also in device manager under other devices the yellow exclamation mark is there for Video Controller (vga compatible) Thanks for your help
