I had hit another car while i was braking. I am at fault and know it, but my car is wrecked completely. What do I do now? sell or salvage it, would i get any money?

Well, I'm Asian, for one thing. My total ethnicity is half Burmese and half Indian. I'm starting off community college in a little while and I need to know if Japanese is a hard language to learn, because I need to finish 2 years of foreign language to transfer to a university. I actually love the people and their culture. I do know some phrases and words of Japanese, but I do not know most of the things said. I would rather learn and take this course instead of Spanish, because of the majority of the people who speak it in my state; California. Would this language be a course with at least a level of medium difficulty and would it be a great option?
