Has anyone used the Straighttalk SIM card with an unlocked iPhone? Do all the features work? Any glitches?

I somehow managed to crack my zip drive and now my laptop won't even recognize it. Is there a way that I can get the files off it?

can you access internet by just using wireless or do you need some kind of phone plan?

Friends and I were talking about the most disturbing things we have ever seen in a movie or on TV, and a certain scene immediately came to mind, but I can't for the life of me remember what movie or show it was from.

The scene was basically a person (a detective, I think) was looking through a house in a hillbilly type location. They found a woman underneath a bed on a rolling cart that had no arms, legs or teeth, and could not speak. She was kept there for....well, the hillbillies, who I think were her brothers and/or cousins.

I know, it's sick. Does anyone know what show this was from?

my desktop has been displaying 'network cable unplugged' and I can't get online. I have checked all the cables, and everything is where it is supposed to be. However, my laptop will connect to the internet though the wireless router attached to the same modem, which leads me to believe that there is an issue related to my desktop. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

My BF and I ahve been together for 3 months, and we were talking about Christmas gifts the other day and what each other wants. How much is an appropriate amount to spend? We are both in our late 30s. For example, I recently put my iPod nano through the washer, and am in need of a new one. Is this too big a gift to be asking for this early on?

My ex-husband (read: EX..as in no longer with the loser) was charged with misdemeanor DWI. This is his fourth, with the last one being nearly 20 years ago(he got three from the time he was 19-21)- never served jail time. He has had a clean arrest record for 18 years and a couple of minor driving violations. What should he expect when he goes in front of the judge? How much can he expect the past record to effect his current situation and what is the likihood that he could go to jail? He blew a .09, and the legal limit where we live (New York) is .08. Thanks in advance...
