So here is the deal. My family and I are looking to move from our home state in a year when our lease is up. We would ideally like to move to Tennessee from Wisconsin. Sounds easy enough right?

Well we really don't know where to start. I have a great job with all the benefits that we need such as health insurance and a better than most retirement plan. She also has a decent job. Currently we have student loans, a car payment and various other expenses that we can't get away from. After these expenses we don't have much money left over for savings. We know that we do not want to sign a new lease in Wisconsin. The biggest thing that is hindering this move is the fact that we have to have family health coverage. With all of that being said, where do we start? How do we make this move? I know that there is risk involved, but how do we do this without making a big mistake. Help is greatly appreciated! Okay so my wife and I were married and we had a beautiful baby girl. When it was just my wife and I, we were both invited to little get together and such with the family. Her dad and I have always had a pretty good relationship.

Now it seems that I don't exist. For example; last month he surprised his wife with a surprise proposal and wedding to renew their vows. I was not invited although my wife and daughter were. It stung, but I was under the impression that it was just going to be them and their children. Well that turned out not to be the case. Everyone but me was there.. ouch.

Now he made plans to take my wife and daughter two hours up north to visit a family member that I would like to meet. I have heard so much about this lady. I was once again not invited.

I asked my wife about it and she thought that I was getting angry at her. I really wasn't! All I wanted was an invatation . I understand that my work schedule is hectic, but that's no reason in my mind to not invite the husband of his daughter and father if his grand daughter. I don't know. Maybe I am over reacting, but im just getting fed up.

In the end I know its his decision to invite me or not. I don't know what to do about this issue.

Any ideas?

Okay so I work in a warehouse setting.

The co worker in question we will call Jeff. Jeff works 2nd shift and I work 3rd.

Okay so I am a very hard working person. I have the "you can't break me attitude" but his work ethic is really starting to bother me.

So the start of my shift, I walk in and jeff leaves me two uncharged forklifts, so I go plug them in. It takes 10 minutes to get them all set and plugged in. Our jobs are to load out bound trucks and unload in bound. Instead of doing his job, jeff decided to sit in the office and write worthless notes on the order sheets which is not his job. He almost never has a truck loaded my the time I start. He gets to occupied doing stuff that has nothing to do with our job.

I have tried talking to the team lead about this, but I honestly don't think that did anything. I am getting so sick and tired of pulling all the weight and him talking the credit. I don't know what to do. I love my job, but if this keeps up I will have to transfer out.

So my question. What do I do!? How do I get my boss to get serious about the situation? I don't want my boss to think im just out to get jeff. It is well known that I do not like jeff. I hate him as a worker and a person.

Any ideas?

So my wife had a C-section two months ago, and it has taken a toll on our sex life. I have been doing some reading on sex after birth and I have read that her body is going through lots of changes and what not, and I don't blame her one bit. She went through a lot! I love her so much and I don't want to force my sexual urges on her.

With that being said, it is also very hard on me as well. We have had sex once in 4 months. I have been so patient and helpful throughout the last few months, but I still feel left out. I don't receive half the affection I once did and I can't help but feel like a stranger to her. Like I said I love her so much and I know she loves me. She is still the most beautiful lady I know although I know she doesn't feel like it.

I guess my question is...

How do I help her feel better about herself?

Its so depressing that we have not had our alone time in so long. I just would really like to help her get back to where we were previously.

I am a week from my due date and I just dripped some fluid. I don't think it was pee. Kind of looked like mucus substance. And ideas?

So today is the day I am going to quit nicotine all together. I have smoked since I was 15 and I quit smoking about 6 months ago. And have been chewing for 4 years aswell. I am now 21. I am going to quit it all today. I don't know how well its going to go, but I am quitting!

She is now 4 &1/2 months pregnant with our daughter.

Up until now she couldn't keep her hands off me. We had sex 5 to 6 times a week. And it was great. But now it has went down to maybe 1 time every two weeks. It just stopped. I used to try to get her in the mood, but now its not even worth it. She just gives me this look and its over. We get along great, we never fight and we communicate very well. She knows how I feel and I try to understand what she is going through. Although I know I will never understand completely I do understand that her body is changing. I don't pressure her because that's just not the kind of person I am. I guess the biggest problem is the fact that I don't feel wanted anymore. That is the most difficult thing to deal with. I have just been so depressed. I don't know what to do. Any ideas?

This might seem childish, but oh well. So my girlfriend (soon to be fiancee) and I are always saying that we love each other more... How do I prove to her that I love her more? Have any of you guys (or gals) ever been in this situation? What do you think?

This is a serious question, so I expect serious answers please. So here's my problem. I'm a 18 year old male. Okay I am gay. Here's the problem. I have the biggest crush on this other gay guy. He is seriously the Ideal guy. It all started at the beginning of this year. When I seen this guy I was severely attracted. You know head over heels, but we never really did talk much. A year later he's all I can think about. I mean eh.
