A 56 yr old woman was a known hypertensive for 5 years but had been non-compliant with her meds. One morning while performing regulaar house chores, she felt light-headed and cried out. She had amnesia of following events. Her head had felt ‘funny’ before the incident but no headache.

Her husband found her unconscious on the floor. She was unconscious for 4 minutes. On regaining consciousness, she vomited twice and complained of neck stiffness and back pain. She had been complaining of headaches for 2 wks before the incident.

No seizures, no urinary or faecal incontinence and no history of smoking or excessive alcohol ingestion. There was no family history of cerebral aneurysms or sudden deatth.

Vital signs were: T 36.5C PR 60/min BP 161/90 mmHg RR 19/min.

She was obese. She had nuchal rigidity, normal extraocular muscle movements with Pupils Equal and Reactive To Light (PERTL). Her Glasgow Coma Score was 14/15 (V4 M6 E4). Power was grade 4-5 in all muscle groups and the reflexes were all normal.

I think noone won cuz Sam got some punches in, she hit jenny BUT that's only cuz Ronnie intervened and held down Jenny. I think we need a rematch cuz Sam thinks she's bad and she's so stupid defending Ronnie after all he did to her.

my eyes hurt and I was wondering if it is due to the fluorescent lighting in my dorm room where i do most of my studying. If it is, what do you suggest I do to rectify this problem? Get a desk lamp? Or are there any other suggestions as to why my eyes hurt so much? is it that i read too much or is it because i use my computer too much? IDK
