I'm a democrat, and I love America.  I just have different ideas about how to run it than Republicans do.  I think everyone should be represented by a vote, people should be able to marry who they want, worship however they want, etc.  Do none of you have democrat friends, that you see NOT destroying America?  Are you just swallowing the Faux News kool-aid?

Cocaine is considered safer, for God's sake. Sessions would have a harder time if we could all get behind reclassifing marijuana somewhere lower... say, schedule 3? We have current record numbers for support for full legalisation; couldn't we at least do this?

The Access Hollywood debacle. Months later, he denies what he confirmed during the lead up to the election. If love an explanation of your thought processes that DON'T just devolve into Hillary or Obama comments. Explain how you're fine when Trump is caught in an obvious lie.

She's lost most of her mobility, and has issues with feeding herself. She can't go to the bathroom unassisted. She can't consistently take the two steps to the wheelchair from the bed, or the toilet, etc. She takes part in a program that gives us 6 hours of assistance, 5 days a week. By being in the program, she's categorized as being to the point of being in permanent care. We have two sons, age 14 and 11. My goal has always been to keep her in the home until both the kids have graduated high school, but I'm not sure we're going to make it. She adamantly does not want to go to a nursing home, but I'm not sure how much longer we can hold out. I don't have any friends outside of the family, and 3 or 4 work friends, and everyone who's aware has no advice. Thanks.

Am I the only one? It tells me it's having trouble, and to try later (when posting an answer). Then I'll hit the submit button again and be told "you've already answered the question." And quite often, I'll look at a question and be told it doesn't exist, refresh, and there it is. Any thoughts?

I would prefer real discussion, on the source material, instead of the knee jerk "oh, here's another lib worrying about trying to get high." These are valid political concerns, affecting millions of Americans.
