Could we please have a reasonable discussion about the politics of marijuana, based on this article?

I would prefer real discussion, on the source material, instead of the knee jerk "oh, here's another lib worrying about trying to get high." These are valid political concerns, affecting millions of Americans.

I'm not sure how much there is to discuss. Palpable bias aside, that the availability of medicinal marijuana "may" decrease opioid use takes a side seat, IMO, to drug purveyors paying to keep a plant illegal.

I live in a state where marijuana is legal. There is a collective on the corner where I buy pot as easy as buying beer. Seems reasonable to me.

    sorry.

"news and views for the progressive community" isn't a reasonable source for information so it cannot be used for a reasonable political discussion.

EDIT- WOW i feel sorry for you for reading that garbage. talk about feeding the sh*t to the flies.

Smoking anything is not healthy. In fact, cannabis is worse than tobacco. If cigarettes are bad, what do you think pot will do for you. Enjoy.....Nurse of 24 years. TRUMP PENCE
