What songs are similar in style to Big Black Horse and Black Velvet? That edgy, up-beat style is what I am looking for, and those are the two best examples I could think of. Any ideas would be great. :)

Okay....I've been wandering everywhere to find this stupid thing. I tried looking at walkthroughs by searching on Google, but the school I go to (a college) has blocked just about every site under the sun, so I can't open anything that is helpful.

This is a question from a friend of mine. Here's the issue, in her words:

So I met a guy and we've fallen in love. Problem is, he's engaged. Thing is, he's been engaged for 8 years and that relationship is pretty well stagnant. He can't even say (to anyone) that he loves her, but he has told me and everyone else that he loves me.

We talked about it and decided we do want to be together. He brought up some sore spots with his fiancee to try and get the ball rolling on breaking up with her. It did bring about some huge rifts, but now she says she wants to try to work things out. He told me this and said not to expect anything too soon. He's a real pacifist kind of person and doesn't want the breakup to be ugly.

Question is, how long should I wait before I ask for a resolution one way or the other? I don't want to push him away, but I don't want to wait forever either. (Btw, he started this process this past weekend.) Thanks for your input!

Okay, this is kinda complicated. A friend sent me a pic and short video of a guy. The video is rather humorous, and I've found the guy to be rather attractive. Now, the guy isn't a close friend of my friend; it's more like a friend of a friend of a friend....a thousand times out. So asking for a setup is out of the question because of all the channels I'd have to go through!!

But I do know where the guy lives (it's several hours away, but nothing longer than I've driven before) and I'd so love to initiate contact. Question is, should I do it, and how would I without coming off as a stalker or something? I think we could really hit it off if given the chance. Any suggestions?
