  • Can you have a tension headache without any pain?

I have this persistent pressure/tightness in my head, usually the forehead but sometimes elsewhere inside the head. A doctor diagnosed me with a tension headache, and from what I've read it sounds like that's what I've got. But I have absolutely no pain, just the pressure.

The doctor told me to try Tylenol, I've been taking it about every 6 hours for the past few days, and it hasn't seemed to make a difference yet. Any ideas?

  • Will Bill Cowher coach again?

The media is playing up the possiblity that some teams are making coaching decisions with an eye toward next offseason, when Bill Cowher might be available again. Doesn't this all sound a little ridiculous? Cowher coached for 15 years....might he end up liking retirement? Is he done for good?

If not, who would be the worst QB to win a Super Bowl even if Grossman wins?

  • Should Gaylord Perry be in the Hall of Fame?

Lots of people have suggested that Bonds, Sosa, McGwire et al. should not be elected to the Hall of Fame, despite the fact that there has been no proof of steroid use by any of them.

Sosa was caught with a corked bat, but he claimed it was an accident and the fans believed him. Bonds did test positive for amphetamines, but they were only banned this past year, so it's probable that some current HOFers used them.

Gaylord Perry, on the other hand, was an admitted doctorer of baseballs. He was suspended once for it, but has since admitted that he did it a lot more. Despite that, he was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1991.

Is this a double standard? Or is there a difference in the situations? Should Perry be in the Hall?

  • How to keep tomato sauce from separating?

I like making homemade tomato sauce with my Magic Bullet. It always comes out very tasty, but when I pour it on the pasta, the sauce separates and I end up with this reddish watery liquid below the pasta. The recipe I use includes 1/4 cup of chicken broth, but I tried it without the broth once and it still separated. Any idea on how to prevent this?

  • Is the NASCAR season too long?

36 races, going from February to November - is that overkill?

  • Does Bonds re-signing with the Giants vindicate him?

Maybe Bonds did cheat (although there's no proof, but there is evidence to support both sides). Maybe he is simply a stupid human being for sticking around. But would the Giants have agreed to re-sign him without KNOWING the truth about Bonds?

The Giants front office cannot possibly be completely full of dummies. They had to know that if Bonds is ever proven to be a cheater, and he breaks the home run record in their uniform, it will be a major PR blow to the franchise.

So, shouldn't the fact that the Giants agreed to sign him again tell us all that Bonds is legit, and his numbers are legit?

  • Is the Grey Cup going to be televised in the U.S.?

If so, which network(s) will carry it? MSG has carried it the past couple of years but I don't think they are this year.

  • I'm trying to figure out what this song is, can anyone help?

I heard a song once when I was in Kmart and I don't know the title or artist, I'm trying to find it. I remember when I heard it that the lyrics were meaningful, but I can't seem to remember any of them except for part of the chorus: "It's easy come, it's easy go."

The song had a pretty distinctive beat, which I'd instantly recognize if I heard it again. It sounded like it might be by a boy band but I'm not 100% sure about that (I'm afraid it might be one of those Radio Disney boy bands LOL).

Anyone think they might have a clue what this is?

  • If you're NOT a Tigers fan or Cardinals fan, who will you root for in the World Series?

I think I'm going to root for the home team in every game. Who will you be gunning for in the Series, since your team isn't there?

  • Are the Detroit Tigers too cocky?

Todd Jones said yesterday, "We want to send a message that we're not happy just going to the playoffs."

Yet, the Tigers popped 220 bottles of champagne yesterday, just for clinching a postseason berth. They didn't even clinch the division, just a playoff spot.

Does this not seem ridiculous? Are they not sending exactly the opposite message than what Jones said? Will their ********* prove costly in October?

  • Who to start?

I have Steve McNair as my second QB and Kevin Jones as my second RB. They both have what could be tough matchups, so I'm wondering if I should bench one or both.

My backup QBs are Charlie Frye and J.P. Losman (Losman's a definite no, not sure about Frye).

My backup RBs are Wali Lundy and Cedric Benson.

    Should I make a switch?

(In case you're wondering, my top QB and RB are Jake Delhomme and Shaun Alexander)

  • Is anyone else sick of the steroids talk in baseball?

Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion as to whether certain players used/are using steroids. However, those opinions are just that - opinions. Except for players who have actually failed drug tests, there's no proof that anyone did anything. There's a lot of speculation, but no proof.

So, should fans and the media people pipe down about steroids unless and until there's some actual PROOF?

  • In an IDP league, when should I start drafting defensive players?

I've never been in an IDP league before so I'm kind of in the dark here. We start two DLs, two linebackers and two DBs. I plan to go offense for at least the first four or five rounds, but after that, what's the best way to go?
