Well, here is my situation. I am trying to install JUNO 8.0 (with the CD) on my friends laptop. But the problem is that after I install the software successfully and begin the connection process, an error pops up which says "problem start

dialing.0" and "can't start dialing". I wrote to JUNO and they gave me some troubleshooting steps to review but I had already considered those suggestions. Here's what I said in my e-mail to JUNO to make things easier.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think you understood my issue. I did use the Juno software CD and not the dial-up connections. I installed the software and clicked on the installation button and this took me to the welcome screen. I then put in my ID and password and clicked on continue. Then it says it is attempting to connect but then the error box pops up saying the same thing as before, "problem start dialing.0" and "can't start dialing". I did not change any settings or phone numbers.

I met a woman online (she is from the Philippines) and we have been in an online IM relationship for a few months now. I plan to meet her in a few months. I am going to her country. Does anyone know a company that has an assortment of Ghirardelli chocolate, and has shipping to other countries besides the US. I need to find one that ships to Philippines. I have looked but I am having trouble finding one. I want to avoid shipping it to myself and then have to ship it again. You know!!

Does anyone know why I am getting this error message. I am trying to talk to someone in another country and when I call them or they call me, i get this error message. I checked my mic and it works fine. I had the other person check their mic and it works too. The other person has only dial-up while I have a broadband connection. The call seems to connect for a few seconds but i can't hear the other person and they cannot hear me. Then the error message below pops up everytime. Is there a problem with Yahoo! Voice? Any suggestions?
