I recently installed Beta 9.0 version of Yahoo messenger. When I was downloading, I was still logged on to my account on messenger. Halfway through downloading, my yahoo messenger program closed and then I was prompted to install the newer version. I did this and have it running fine with other account names but I can't log in to the one I was using at the time of installation. I think it has something to do with not logging off and closing the program before downloading and installing the new version.
When I try logging in messeger, it's just stuck on signing in screen. I already restarted my computer, therefore I'm not sure how to fix this problem because I want to be able to log on to messenger. It works fine for e-mail and other yahoo services.

I workout about 5 times a week with lifting and cardio mixed in. I was curious if drinking flavored water would have negative effects to cutting down on my body fat %. The nutrition label says...Calories 0 Fat 0 Sodium 0 Carbs 0 Sugars 0 Protein 0. Therefore it seems quite similar to regular water. The ingredients are carbonated water, natural flavor, citric acid, malic acid, potasssium benzoate, aspartame, potasssium citrate, and acesulfame potassium. Hopefully this isn't as bad as drinking soda, which I don't drink any of.

I just replaced my motherboard on my XPS 600 since the old one didn't work anymore. I have no idea how it got damaged since I don't remember much power shortages or anything occur. I do game quite a lot on the computer and would leave it on for 20 hours sometimes on games such as World of Warcraft. Is the reason the motherboard stopped working because of the long hours in use? I know all my fans are working properly, so it wasn't an overheating issue. Therefore, I'm just thinking the motherboard getting damaged was just a fluke. Anyone have opinions?

I turned 19 this month and started working out seriously 3 weeks ago. I'm 5'10" and weigh 179 as of today. I've gained about 5-8 pounds since I started. I do cardio and lift weights, just trying to get more defined and have a six pack. I don't really base my workouts on anything other than my own judgement on what will get me to my goals. So far this is where I've gotten doing things such as eating well, protein intake, and regular exercise...

I was eligible for the Federal Stafford Subsidized Loan for the 2007-2008 year, although I didn't apply for it since I had all my expenses covered. Although I now need the money for a summer term that I need to take in order to not get behind on my curriculum. Since some of the courses are only offered in the Fall, I may be out of luck if I don't get the courses completed during this summer before next semester starts. Therefore, I would really prefer to get this loan since I won't be charged interest and I plan to pay it back next summer anyway. So am I still able to get the loan for summer term which is approaching soon, or am I going to be behind about 1-2 semesters?
I know I should contact the financial aid office at my school, although I have to wait until Monday to do that. Just needed some input from people that hopefully have experience with this. Thanks!

I've read many posts concerning that topic, so it made me curious. I'm 19 and only 5'10" so I find girls close to my height or taller quite often around campus. The protection thing doesn't make sense to me because height won't necessarily win a fight or some other scenario where protection is needed. Given there are some advantages, I'm positive that some average height guys could wipe the floor with taller guys. Of course there are different factors that come to play which give them a physical edge such as any type of combat training, weight lifting, etc. It doesn't seem like a good claim to make for a reason to prefer tall guys. Sure, women can have other reasons for it that are legit, although the protection claim isn't too viable in my opinion.

I never really count my calories or fat that I've consumed, although I know it's a healthy amount. I do still feel hungry at times during the night. I don't have enough time/breaks to eat 6 meals a day, so I only eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also bought some Cliff Bars which I'll eat after workouts. My protein intake isnt 181g, probably falls quite short of that daily, although I'm uncertain how to get that much protein without eating a considerable amount of fat and calories. I just want a six pack and need a diet that will help me get there along with my routine exercise 4-5 times a week. I also know about the 10-12% body fat for ripped abs.

I am trying to work up to a six pack. I'm about 5'10" and 180 lbs. I've read I need around 10% body fat for it to be well defined, so I was wondering around what ballpark figure is my body fat at according to my picture. Since it isn't a full body picture it might be a bit off. Just curious to see what experienced gym trainers and such can tell me with the info provided.
I've just started my work out routine 2 weeks ago and I'll keep going strong with lifting, cardio, and abdominal workouts.

First off, I apologize for the crappy quality webcam pics. I would just like to know how attractive I stand in the physical aspect. I am moderately shy towards girls at times and have looked back on certain occasions that I failed to approach a girl for silly fear of getting rejected. Anyways, I'm still trying to highlight my physique by lifting weights and running regularly so perhaps I have a chance to improve my appearence still. Thanks for your time and opinions!

I just turned 19 a week ago and I'm 5'10 or 5'11". Around the end of last year I weighed about 160-165. I started lifting weights and exercising seriously about 2 weeks ago. Now I weigh about 183 last time I checked. I regularly run on the track and do upper/lower body workouts. I've also been consuming much more whey protein to build muscle and have been eating healthy. I already had a large and well formed pectoral muscles before starting lifting again. I notice an increase in strength, although I don't notice such a dramatic increase in muscle mass other than being more defined. I never eat junk food anymore like chocolate, ice cream, candy, pizza, etc. Sometimes I only have time to eat one real meal in the evening and a light breakfast. Therefore, I don't see how my diet would be increasing my weight. Apart from lifting weights and running, I do abdominal workouts almost daily to hopefully get a six pack one day. I'm not that close yet, but I notice my top ab muscles when flexed.
