So I moved out of my house 30 July and it s been nearly 45 days and I still haven t received the security deposit. I have called multiple times and he keeps saying that he will get it mailed out tomorrow. I have informed him that he is late and it is illegal what he is doing. Title 41 section 115 of Oklahoma legislation states that I can sue for my deposit back but it doesn t say anything about getting anything more. Shouldn t this guy have some kind of punishment enacted against him other than simply just paying my deposit at this point? What should I do? Any advice would be great!

As the title says, I was driving in Oklahoma and a lady backed into my car. I called the police and the officer said that a few years ago Oklahoma changed the law where the officer has to see the person driving the vehicle in order to charge them with driving with no license. I searched and couldn't find anything on this. I told the cop to make a police report. I am wondering if there is anyway to get that lady charged with driving without a license otherwise I fear that she will continue to do it. Thanks

Hey I may be over analyzing this but this girl I am dating had sex with me on the first date after an amazing first date and she said she caved and reassured me that she never does this.

We went on a second date and again it was wonderful but we didn't have sex and she told me that she wanted to take things slow. She said she wants a third date but should I be concerned by what she is saying at all? I am liking this girl a lot and I hope she feels the same about me. Thanks.

So I just started dating this girl and on our first date we hit it off, and the night ended with sex and I slept over and the morning we had fun as well. The second date though went amazing and I was kissing her a lot but then she said that she didn't want sex and that she just wants to take things slow.

Now I'm confused. Is this a good or bad thing? Does she have another man in her life already giving her what she wants? I am really falling for this girl...should I stop before I get my heart broken?

Apparently this freaked her out because she thinks the relationship is moving too fast. Should I just say f it to her and move on with my life? I feel like if she gets mad at me expressing feelings towards her its probably not worth it.

I said the following to a girl before I went to bed as a joke: "I would say I love you but the last girl I said I love you to broke up with me the next day" she said that this freaked her out. I was drunk when I texted it to her and she took it the wrong way I guess.

Theres a black widow outside of my front door. Should I kill it or let it eat some June bugs first and then kill it? I hate spiders but this guy is eerily cool to look at.

If all I get is a 1 on the side blended in with a 2 on the top how much should I tip? A blind person could give me this cut in 5 minutes. Usually I tip if it takes them under 10 minutes to cut it. When they start to take too long and waste my day I start to get frustrated. How much should I be tipping?

Oh and I guess its 15 dollars for this haircut too...that seems excessive.

So I was initially given Biofinity contacts which I wore fine for about 6 months and then one morning suddenly my eyes were very red. I went to the eye doctor and he couldn't find anything wrong and he told me to just take a break from wearing them until the redness cleared up. I did that and tried wearing them again after about a month and bam, same problem.

I just took a long break and went to a different eye doctor who now gave me Air Optix, after about 3 hours of wearing them, my eyes are already very red.

Other info: yes I switched out for new contacts every month with the Biofinities, I wash my hands before putting in and taking out the lenses, I tried switching from Opti Free to Clear Care on the Biofinities. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the cleaning solution. Could it be that I am allergic to Silicone Hydrogel? Are there any good substitutions for a different lens? Not sure why the eye doc today gave me another Silicone Hydrogel lens though.

I am scheduled to go in again next Monday, should I discontinue use of the lens until then or should I just wear the lens on Monday morning to show him the redness? Thanks.

I am currently going to the Air Force Academy and this September I will be finding out my job, I put in for a pilot slot and I am always planning for the future so my question is after my career in the Air Force, if I assume it to be 20 years, what kind of job openings would be available to someone who has a mechanical engineering degree and was a pilot in the Air Force. I thoroughly enjoy being in the Air Force but I know that I will eventually want to move close to my siblings and parents back home in Minnesota. I would be hoping to find a job related to engineering in some form or another possibly some type of management position but I know that after going 20 years of no engineering with only a mechanical engineering degree I think the civilian sector might frown upon the idea. I am also hoping to get my masters in business administration some time within probably five years of graduating just as an easy masters to attain LOL.

05 pontiac grand prix, I just replaced the rear brake pads and when taking it out for a drive the car seems to oversteer when I turn sharply to the left or right. Is this just normal break in for the pads?

im currently a cadet at USAFA pursuing a pilot slot, if i want to fly heavies and i get into them would i be able to palace chase to the minnesota air national guard in order to fly c-130s? i would want to serve full time ANG. approximately how many years into the air force could i do this? would i be able to palace chase just a couple of years after upt? thanks!

so lets say i have a bottle of vodka in a personal bag in my car for example perhaps its in a gym bag with a bunch of underwear in it and its in the trunk zipped up, my question is can a government official search this without a warrant? i know that theres the automobile exception which allows a govt agent to search an automobile under probable cause without a search warrant but im wondering if they can still search a personal item like that? thanks a lot
