Lately I've been feeling really apathetic about life in general. I don't want to go outside (even though it's been nice outside lately), I don't want to play games, I don't want to run around with my younger siblings. All I do is watch TV and do stuff on a laptop. This affects my physical and mental health as well as my self-esteem. I want to be motivated to do something but I JUST. CAN'T.
