help clear up issue left unresolved at the Philly Convention?

Yeah, obviously, this is a question for school but I'm really tired and could use some help in coming up with good answers; all I can think of so far is how it's made the federal government more powerful and thus impacted the original idea of concurrent federalism. Kinda weak...Any help would be greatly appreciated...

So, my friend just bought a cookie for me and four other friends (one cookie per person) from a pretty trusted dealer who claims there are EIGHT grams of weed in each cookie.

Now, I'm not really a pothead (my friends smoke, I don't really) and I was feeling pretty "good" about this since I've heard edibles are a lot healthier (as long as they're not laced with w/e)...but eight grams? That's a ridiculous amount...even half of that seems a lot. Does anyone with more experience about edibles have anything to offer?

After homecoming, I'm going over to a friend's house and drinking heavily for my first time (had a few drinks here and there but never anything serious). I'm 17, around 5"9, an in-shape 180 lbs. I also have a soccer game the next day and don't want my parents catching me so I'm going to a bunch of precautions (space it out, drink a lot of water, eat a lot of food, down a couple vitamins/advils, etc) to prevent the hangover). But my specific question would be how much can I "safely" drink before I seriously endanger myself?

We have about 12 shots of vodka and 30 natties with us (about 6 people). Not a huge beer fan, so i was thinking maybe 3 shots and 1 natty? Reasonable for "getting tipsy/drunk" but not legitly, seriously fvcked up?

My Resume:

Middle Class, White, Bilingual (can also speak Romanian)

Cumulative GPA (frosh through junior yr): 4.17 (no grade inflation, competitive school, I''m approx top 1% class rank)

SAT: 2340 (took it one time, feel like retaking it again for a possib 2400 b/c I missed 2 on math, which I can competently get an 800 on)

Extracurrics (kinda weak): 3 years of HS soccer, around 8 years of club soccer; Political Ideals Club; Competition Civics next year

I feel like I can realistically get into @ least a lower-tier Ivy (i.e. Brown, Cornell); your guys' thoughts? Any shot @ high-tier Ivy?

I'm a recent UFC fan (introduced to it by my friend) and I'm splitting $ to buy PPV for me and a couple friends this saturday. That said I've never seen a UFC event before so i was wondering if anyone could give me any estimates on how long it should take? Obviously quick knockouts and long decisions would gretaly break the time down, but I'm just looking for a rough approximation of average-length fights. Anyone?

I have a debate for school where I have to argue that the US should negotiate w/ terrorists or terrorist states. I have some pretty solid points but I was wondering if anyone knew about any examples where terrorist negotiations turned out best for the country that engaged in negotiation. I vaguely know somehting about N Ireland's troubles and consequent peace, but I'd like some more examples, if there are any.

Ok so I'm a vet of redraft fantasy sports leagues and stuff but I've never done a dynasty league before. I got into this one dynasty league that's been going on for a couple yrs and I have a couple q's but i dont wanna give a bad impression of inexperience by asking them so I decided to turn here first.

1) Can u resign some1 in a dynasty league while theyre in the middle of their contract?

2) Why would player like A-Rod, Miggy Cab, and Wright not be signed??
