I have been tasked with finding out why the ceremonial bullets my department has for ceremonies one of them is shorter than all the rest. I have looked online asked everyone i could and all just tell me to google it. well i have and nothing. The department i work in has them and we bring them to numerous different events and it was just recently that I noticed one was smaller than the rest no one else questioned it so since i questioned it I had to find the answer.
