what are some good forums that i can share filehosting files on (eg. rapidshare megaupload) that isnt too over populated (but still has a decent userbase) and doesnt have too much spam

I was thinking of making a website with programs/movies with filehosting links to download them like ive seen alot of other sites doing.

my question is, is this legal and could i get fined etc for doing this? (I live in New Zealand if this changes anything)

what is the best headset/headphones (for listening to music and gaming) for under $110 usd

requirements:(in order of importance)

1. Comfortable(will be using them for pretty much all my audio needs on my laptop often for more than 2 hours at a time)

2. Open back(i prefer open back headphones)

3. Good for listening to music as well as gaming (music tastes: rock, D&B and abit of rap)

microphone is a plus but not required as i wont be using a microphone much. 4. Will last me a long time and not break after a month of use. I was considering the Razer Carcharias, sennheiser PC161/151 or turtle beach Z2

people on this site don't seem to care if they help you or not they just seem to want to get best answers whether it helps the person that asked the question of not. even if the answer is completely wrong they vote up their answer, even if i vote for no best answer i get out voted by people.

My Hp Pavilion Dv6 doesn't boot when my usb mouse is plugged in.

when i turn the laptop on when the mouse is plugged in the screen is just black with a flashing white dash in the top left corner

when i start the laptop without the mouse plugged in it starts up fine

is there any way to fix this problem?

i doubt anyones will gift me anything but i thought it was worth a shot

I just got a notebook and the F 1, 2, 3 etc keys instead of acting like normal they control brightness volume etc.

is there a way to dissable this feature/make it so when you press the fn key then you can sure the other functions instead of having to use the fn key to use the keys normaly

I installed a homebrew ap, later my psp turned off, I tried to turn it back on but the screen is just black and the green light still comes on and i couldnt get into recovery mode, but when i took the battery out and put the psp on the charger i got into recovery mode, then i did Format flash1 and reset settings, then my psp worked again, but when i put the battery back in the psp turns on by itself with a black screen and green light and i cant get into recovery mode I have a differnt battery (the battery life is terrible with this battery though) and when i use that the psp starts normally I've tried updating the firmware to 5.50 GEN d3 but the same thing still happens

any ideas on how to fix my battery?
