  • Can I get fired if I write a complaint about my manager?

I work at a locally owned business that operates several stores. The one that I currently work at has gotten a new manager within the past three months. (I've worked there for four and a half months.) My manager is constantly late, anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours, but since our clock in/clock out sheets are done by the honor system of writing down when you arrived and left, she has been working six hours or less when she is supposed to be working 8 hour shifts.

Not only this but she has forged my signature/initials on official shift work. She's been stealing both merchandise and money out of the cash register (two or more people are on a register sometimes, so any missing money from a drawer gets deducted from whoever was on that drawer.)

She inquires about my paycheck, asks other employees about their paycheck/deductions. She has insulted all of us behind our backs and at one point has even called one of my coworkers "Too dumb to have graduated college" and said "She must have cheated her way through high school."

Two people have already made complaints to the owner, and the owner has requested that we submit our complaints in writing.

So my question is that by submitting my written complaint, can I be fired?

  • Are my hives associated with my Celiac Disease?

Hey guys! I have a question for you.

I have Celiac disease (completely off the gluten for the past year and a half) but within the last two weeks, I've had hives! They appear on my calves, feet and ankles. I also get a red, itchy, burning rash on my hands. It's happened almost nightly for the past two weeks.

Help! Is this affiliated with my Celiac, or is it something else?

  • Where to download Resident Evil cutscenes?

Preferably a site other than snagging them from youtube.

I plan on making a video, and I'd like RE0, REmake, Darkside Chronicles, RE4, and RE5 videos. Please and thank you!

  • For a Silent Hill nurse's cosplay, what kind of weapon should I use?

This is a school function, a costumed banquet and then lock in. (Lucky for me, the theme is zombies/horror, so I chose a Silent Hill Bubblehead nurse.) So, I can't bring a metal pole with me on campus. So, I'm going to ask you guys what kind of weapon I should carry with me.

I was at the party store the other day, and they had a plastic wrench with teeth attached, a very rustic sort of look with some blood spattered across it. They also had a really cool looking saw prop, that was more metallic looking than covered in blood, or the obvious fake chainsaw.

I could take some plastic piping and possibly heat it and then bend it that way, and cover it in blood to match the costume.

Any other suggestions, possibly, or a vote? All will be appreciated! Thanks for your time.

  • My Xbox 360 Isn't reading the disk?

I've had a lot of trouble with this particular game.

Resident Evil 5 that I got the day it came out back in March.

The xbox has been around since the first week of march.

I don't over exert it. I hardly play it, considering I'm more into PS1 and 2 games.

When I pop in the disk it says "open tray" and "close tray" but never registers the game.

Is it the disk itself or is it the console?

The normal lights are on and everything. Right now I have it laying down, but I have tried standing it up. Same problem.

    So. Disk or console?

    Help is greatly appreciated!

  • Celiac Disease & Dermatitis Herpetiformis?

    Hey there, guys.

So I have Celiac Disease. I'm not explaining it, because I'm looking for someone that has celiac and has been dealing with the disease for a couple of years.

I've noticed itchy spots showing up on the side of my neck, both wrists and both arms, right under where my shoulder is located.

I've also had pretty bad acne and acne related bumps on my face since I was about eight years old. Could this all mean dermatitis herpetiformis for me?

Or is it simply a case of dry skin?

    Help would be MUCH appreciated.

  • Is it my video card or monitor?

I have an LCD monitor and for about a week it's had horizontal lines going up it in a steady pattern. They haven't really gotten worse or better.

I assumed it was my monitor, but several of my friends told me it could be my video card.

How do I find out which it is?

  • Chronic Headaches - Treatments?

I'm seventeen and I've had chronic headaches for over a year.

I've tried every over the counter pain killer, nose spray, allergy medication, sinus decongestant, cough syrup.

I've also tried several kinds of prescription painkillers, anti-anxiety medication (prescribed to me, of course). I've also tried anti-depressants, anti-convulsants (topamax and such).

I've tried herbal remedies such as homeopathic drops and tablets.

I've tried teas, I've tried aromatherapy, I've tried massage, and joint re-alignments.

    I've had an MRI.

I changed out my pillows, I wash my bedding frequently, I run both an air purifier and a humidifier in my room.

I do not smoke, drink or use drugs recreationally.

My headaches are worse both when it rains, or when I first start my period for the month.

The pain is in my temples, around my eyes/eye sockets, behind my eyes, it radiates from my scalp, sometimes it goes down into my jaw, and it hurts into the back of my head and from there into my neck and upper back.

When the headaches are really bad, I see spots (both lightly colored, as though you've been staring at a bright light before looking away, and then darker spots that seem to splinter out in all directions like spiders.)

Does anyone have any medication suggestions or anything that could possibly help my headaches? Thank you for your time!

  • Constant Headaches?

I'm sixteen years old, a female, and I get a headache every day. I usually wake up with the headache and take two RX pain killers and again as needed during the day.

I take allergy medicine, prescription pain killers and OTC painkillers, but nothing seems to help more than a few hours.

I've tried everything, aspirin, Excedrin, Tylenol, extra strength Tylenol, PM Pain killers... nothing seems to work.

My headaches start at my temples and move to the rest of my head. I'll usually get a twinge of pain every now and then in the back of my head/near my neck when I have these headaches. One or both of my ears usually twinge and hurt for a while during these headaches.

What should I do? Do you have any suggestions on what I could take?
