I was really little and i remember renting this movie from a video store a few times. From what i remember it must have been from the late 90s to early 2000s. it was also probably made for tv and/or straight to dvd. It was live action about a group of kids (around middle and high school age) who go to investigate this haunted house or something. they also drive around this little ghost mobile or something it looks kinda like a golf cart and was maybe orange or yellow? It was decked out in lights and probably other tech.  Its not scooby doo but it had that type of feel. I thought the little car thingy had a name like “the ghost mobile” or “the ghost buggy” but i dont even remember. ANYTHING HELPS PLEASEE

I dont remember much because i was a child when i saw it, but i do remember one scene so maybe that can help. (i believe it was from a horror movie). Basically this girl at school who has like, straight blonde hair and a uniform is really mean to this other girl at school (i think they were middle school age) and since the mean girl is mean to the main girl, the main girl hides behind a bush on the sidewalk and when the mean girl is riding home on her bike, the main girl sticks out a branch that causes the bike to tip over and it send the mean girl into the street and she gets run over by a school bus. 

Ok so this is literally all I remember. A man is either standing in the street near a cornfield or near a field in general. He turns around and on the porch of a house is a really creepy looking old woman with glowing eyes sitting in a rocking chair and staring at him. I'm assuming it was from the 70s- 80s only because the camera quality and color scheme seemed like it. That's all I remember. My dad was watching it with me and when that scene played out it scared me so much I left the room and went to sleep. It was so long ago that that specific scene is all I remember. It's also a vague memory so if you have even a REMOTE idea of what it could be please help. I'll take anything I can get. Thank youuuuu
