i broke up with my ex a couple of months ago.. and i must admit that the wound is still fresh..i recently found a uncashed check in my room that she gave to me a year ago as a payment for a money she borrowed me.. now im double thinking whether to contact her about it ( just to give her a heads upp you know) or not.. i mean it would hurt me to see her but i also need the money.. i dont know what to do

i just moved in my aunt's house coz i wasn't getting along with my dad ..i thought everything is well until i found out that they've been backstabbing me.. i found out from my stupid dad that they were complaining about me asking some help / favor from them (e.g dropping me to work coz there's no bus on sundays) and all sort of extra stuff! wtf??why cant they just tell it to me directly??now i dont know whether to confront my aunt or not coz im afraid to spark a conflict and i have no choice but to depend on them at the moment( although i pay cheap rent) coz im in school right now..how do i deal with them? i hate walking on eggshells and i hate being backstabbed but i cant live on my own just yet..pls help

so my highly abusive and selfish dad just kicked me out of the house..today im moving in to my aunt's house where i have to pay my rent.. i just got accepted to this ROP nursing school (the best nursing school in the county with very cheap tuition fee of 2700 for 3 sems due to their level of screening)..for now i have a job but im planning to be a full time student this august because school would be very demanding..i saved quite enough for my tuition,but i have more problems w/c requires financial attention like driving lessons( yes,that's a huge problem for me coz i NEED a reliable transpo for school) buying a car,monthly rent etc.. although i want to be FT student, im considering working PT job at night but i dont know if that would be possible ( due to school and lack of transpo)..i tried asking some friends relatives for some financial help but i was unscuccessful..

now i feel like giving up my dream to be a successful nurse in exchange to just being able to make my self survive ..i feel like a failure.. i dont want to miss this big opportunity.. i invested a lot of hard work just to get in to the program..this is my ultimate dream and i feel so depressed and wasted.. i deserve to have this big break but everything just seems to be in the wrong place..pls help

okay so i am 20, living independently right now with a full time job and ill be entering my nursing classes this august.. my problem is that my course is going to be really really demanding (5 days a week with a couple of evening classes) that i have to start working on call as a caregiver (weekends only) once the class starts w/c means i cant support myself( food,rent, bills etc.) with only a part time job

so tell me what can i do to survive? i dont want to miss the opportunity to study

i accidentally drank spoiled milk from the fridge( expired for 8 days !it tasted sour and had some parts that were solidified..i only had a swallow of it then i immediate drank plenty of water and i made myself vomit a couple of times to get rid of it.. should i be fine?

my dad is such a serious fault finder..he always picks on every mistakes i make no matter how small they are.. he even notices things which can't be seen by the naked eye..and my self esteem is greatly affected.. now i wonder where does he get all that energy to find fault i almost everything? i mean seriously? does he ever get tired? does he ever live a satisfying life?

im just learning how to drive a automatic car.. do you press on a break slowly while and until the turn is over or just release the gas? in short how do you slow down? sorry im a beginner

Mailing info like social security over the mail? safety issue?

i am applying for a financial assistance so that i can deal with my hospital debts.. now i have to send the application form via mail with the sensitive info esp. social security.. should i put my social in the first place? or any ideas or suggestions when it comes to mailing sensitive info? am afraid that something might go wrong like the letter delivered to the wrong one ya know...does it make sense?

How long does a flu normally last?

okay so i got a flu last sunday ( 4 days now) and i went to the doctor a day after that and they prescribed an antibiotic and anti cough medicine.. now i am worrying coz its already 4 days and my fever doesn't seem to go off.. it goes up and down ( 99-100-99.9-102.1- 101-100.4 and so on).. i was surprised my doctor didn't prescribed tamiflu considering the potentiality of having H1n1 ( poor thing i am uninsured and every visit to community clinic is 45 bucks and im broke)

now wha should i do? im scared of this whole flu thing

i just received a final notice from my provider/hospital that they are going to send my dues to the collection agency if i dont pay for it in full ( worth 200 bucks?) i took that service from that hospital last march and now its september!!!.. i was like " what the heck? my dad didnt take care of it? like im 19 with no credit..what an irresponsible father! ruining my credit just because of negligence?..how come i didnt know about this?"

now i feel as if my future is ruined!

what am i supposed to do? can i still save my credit?

like can i still apply for credit card? buy a car?..

i graduated highschool from my home country (Philippines)..i have a diploma but they are telling me that i need to take GED as a requirement for college since i lack some years?

okay so all i have is my ca id.. coz i just submitted my green card for my naturalization..should that be fine? can i still take the written exam and haeve the learner's permit?

okay my dad and i am having a major fight( as always and our relationship doesn't improve).. and it has been for weeks..i already talked to him swallowed my pride and apologized yet it just didnt worked out.. now am being kicked out of the house seriously by my dad..( not because i hightenened my voice or whatever but because he doesnt want me anymore in his house

now i dont know and i feel bad about myself and the whole situation.. i know he's hurt too but he is simply egoistic and he is not a good loving father ( eversince am a child, i mean for real he doesnt even have that affection toward me..you cant expect anything from him)..

how should i cope with this situation?

oh my! i live here in san diego county, california, USA ( area where swine flu is present)..and all this swine flu panic affects me now am scared!

somebody even said here in yahoo answers that people with robust /healthy immune system are often targeted coz the virus needs healthy cells to replicate?( based on swine flu outbreak 1918) how true is that?

i just took vitamin c as a protection and now this "somebody " just told that...
