    i m 5 5-5 6 and my weight naturally fluctuates between 112 and 114 but I really would like it to be at 110. I eat very healthy and im a flexible vegan so LOTS of veggies and fruits and rarely any meat or meat based products. but my weight just isn t dropping

    So i've been doing practice tests and sat vocab since like june, but my score never ever improves. I started with 1950s, and its always been that way! My sat is scheduled for october and im really scared because my target is 2250(which is so far off). Are practice sats just harder? :(

  • Terrified of gaining weight or just getting fat ?(It is really really bad..)?

    It's been getting worse actually. I start off by exercising and i do approximate calories. I run a everyday for about 30min just to burn it off and if i knew i was going to an event (like picnic or bbq) i would make sure im at my minimum weight so if i do gain something its within my "ok" range. I eat healthy and rarely eat sugary foods.. And i cant correct my mindset :( ( im 16 (f) and im between 5'5-5'6 and 111lbs.)

  • Is fluctuating weight bad?

    Im a 16 yr old girl, 5'6, and currently my weight fluctuates between 109-111lbs . For example today was 108, and then 110 and then 109 which seems to be really where i stay. But is this common? When my weight drops below 109 i do get worried but when it increases past 110 i get worried as well because i have this deep fear of gaining too much weight. In other words, i just want to maintain my current weight. (I exercise a lot if it makes a difference )

    Im a 16 yr old girl, im about 5'6 and 110-112 lbs. I run 2 miles or if im up to it, 30min every day except weekends. I am terrified of gaining weight or getting fat, but my parents keep telling me to eat this eat that!! (Such as corn, dumplings, rice, biscuits, etc). Will my exercise burn all that off??

    Would you say that these are toned, flabby, fat, or skinny? I have been doing leg workouts just to tone them and i personally cant see the difference. I'm also very self conscious of my legs because i have this intense fear of gaining weight and becoming fat.

    So recently, someone said that I was curvy but they meant it as a compliment. Me..     Like i see some people and they were thin when in teenage yrs but once past college they r like triple their original size and i do not want to end up like that! Like i am terrfied of becoming that way!     I only skip lunch on weekdays because I have lunch during 4th period of my school day which is basically 10;00 am. I mean seriously, that's not lunch it's brunch so I skip it every weekday. My school ends at 2;30 so I guess 6am to 2;30 pm not eating at all but is it really bad? I mean I am trying to maintain my weight at like 112lbs(I'm 16, 5'6) so does it do anything?

  • Why do skinny people get so much criticism?

    I don't understand because right now, we all want to ought obesity, but once a skinny , slim, fit woman comes up, they get bashed for being "slim" and small. I mean what's so hard to believe about being skinny?     Just a little fun Q I thought of since so many of us have pet peevs.

    Mine are:

    1)slow talkers

    2) people who don't answer you when you are talking to them

    3) chewing loudly

    4) people who are over dramatic

    5) slow drivers

    6) at school, when a big group of "friends" are crowded around each other and take up the entire hallway but DONT MOVE.

    7) people who think they do a good British accent/southern accent and do it ALL the time

    8) obese people (sorry I'm just being honest)

    9) people who insist that I am hungry even though I clearly say that I am not hungry

    10) people who ask for my opinion but then after I state it, they completely disregard it. Why would u even ask in the first place then?!

  • Leg slimming?

    So I'm currently a size 0 or 25 in pants, and size 00 or 24 in dresses and skirts. But I want to be able to fit 00 because I do have shorts that are size 00. It's not like I don't fit them, they're just more "fitted" like perfectly and I kind of want 00 to be a bit more lose on me. Any tips? I virtually have almost no fat on my legs, except for maybe a pinch of inner thigh fat. Otherwise, I'd say I'm pretty lean?
