There was a baseball commercial probably 3-5 years back in which it started with a fan watching a game...

...he saw the sign that the catcher gave to the pitcher so he gave that sign to someone outside and the signal made its way to the stadium where the coach gave it to the batter and the batter (knowing what the pitcher was throwing) hit a home run on that pitch.

I believe the pitch was a curveball. Is there a youtube site that has the video so i can watch it again? What's the name of it?
