If my license has been suspended and I'm awaiting my court case, Can I get any sort of temporary license? I can't get around without drivving, I know the DMV issues those but what are the requirements/ options?

I have a small LLC. And I rented out a clearly residential space from a landlord pushing it as a commercial lease. The place looked terrible and we agreed to fix it on our own. After moving in we found out from other tenants that there is no heat, and that the place used to be a Mexican brothel. (You can only imagine how we felt) we've had guys come in several times a week staring blankly as our secretary opened the door and they saw the "business" was no longer there. It began getting creepy. Soon after we had a break in and lost our contract. We haven't paid rent in the past three months, but we asked him to use the initial "key money" so technically one month. Now he sent us a notice that thee case for nonpayment will proceed in court, suing for entire time we've been there plus legal fees which is false. Also, he never sent us a 30 day notice, but regardless we told him we're leaving soon just looking for a place to relocate. What do I need to know at this point what can I do and such, we don't want this to get too bitter and avoid all conflict.

They"re weak and annoying and soo unsatifying! Makes me pull on it all day -as opposed to being force to finish once my newport hits close to the filter- which seems less healthy cus I'm sucking it nonstop. It doesnt help me quit because its mediocrity makes me feen for a real one. And they look so pathetic I feel like a child with those gum cigs in my hand haha.. Why are they better exactly?
