I am going to collage currently to get my Computer Networking Technologies degree and some of the courses I have to take are certification courses, but it is not required to have the cert only to pass the class with a C or better.

So I was wondering if I was worth getting the cert including the degree even though that the degree is still part of that of the cert. It just seems very redundant for something that cost money. I have ask other people but they seem to say "it makes you look better". I don't get that kind of thinking but anyways what do you think?
