My boyfriend has been working monday-friday 7am to 7pm for the past two months (Usually he works 8 to 430pm). Tonight his boss told him he needs to work 12 hour days on the weekend including is shift monday-friday.

Is there anything he could say to get out of the weekend shifts. He is so exhausted. I have only saw him once this week.

Is it rude for him to show up late tomorrow or leave early and not go in on Sunday.

I just want him to be himself and happy. Because when I see him now be is tired, and depress a little.

My neighbor put in a pond type thing last year in their backyard and now I am getting water in my backyard. The water has a blue/sliver shimmer in it causing my plants and lawn to die. What could be causing the blue/silver shimmer.
