  • Is your employer allowed to lock up your personal belongings while you’re at work?

My employer has a rule of “no phones” so unless you’re a manager or higher up you’re not allowed to have your phone on you at all from the time you clock in to the time you clock out and if you do go on it, they will take it away and lock it in the office or send you home. Is this legal or just unethical?

  • Is it okay to ask a friend for a Xanax?

I don’t really know how Xanax works or if it works over time or if it works right away. My friend is on Xanax because she has panic attacks. I have them too, but I can’t tell my parents because it’s just something I can’t really talk about with them. I have my school homecoming next week, and I’m really scared all the people there are going to set me off, and I really don’t want to have to go through one at homecoming. Is it like weird or disrespectful or wrong in any way if I ask her for one for the night? It would be a one time thing, I would clarify that with her. I’m not using it for the “drug effects” or whatever, mainly just to prevent a panic attack from happening. Please respond!!

  • How do I tell my soccer coach I cant make it to my practices?

So, I’m 15 years old, and I play travel soccer as well as swim for school. I’m not the best at soccer, but the coach put me on A team because he liked my personality (this part is important because it shows how much I suck oops). So, with that being said, we have two practices a week during school, on tuesdays and thursdays, and it turns out that meet days for swim are on thursdays at the same exact time as soccer. I’m really scared to tell my coach becaus ewhen he put me on the team he also said “I can tell you’re dedicated and I know I’ll see you at every practice” and none of my friends will help me on this. Tomorrow is my first practice for both sports, should I tell my soccer coach tomorrow???? If so what do I say??? Will it seem mean or petty or rude??

  • Is my best friend getting sick of me?

So, I met my best friend this past August and we became really close instantly. We hang out every weekend and I tell her all my problems and she doesn’t have many but when she does she tells me. But recently I feel like I’m annoying her a lot and she seems like she doesn’t wanna hang out with me but I don’t know if it’s just me overthinking or she really just is starting to not like me. I’m talking to her now about one of my problems and I said something and then “and sorry if I’m annoying you when I talk about my problems all the time like you know if you ever need anything I’m here for you” and she replied to the first part but said nothing about the second part. Is she actually getting annoyed by me??? We’re also 15 if that helps

  • What do I do?

Okay so I had a soccer game today and when we did lineup, I said “**** off” to a player because she was a ***** all game and I was done with her. I said it a little louder than I expected and she heard it and told her coach, who told my coach. This was after we had a talk about good sportsmanship because the girl I said it to was screaming at the ref and calling him bad names. But then my coach looked so pissed and when she said “you know who you are” she looked me dead in the eye and I don’t know if she was just talking and she doesn’t know who it was or if she was directing it toward me because either the other coach told her it was me or she heard me. I don’t want my coach to hate me forever and I don’t know what to do. Do I leave it alone? Do I apoloize? Do I talk to her about it???? Help?????
