  • How to make damged hair healthy, rich, and strong and shiny?

    Hi, my hair is REALLY damaged. Like, you have not seen damaged till you see my hair! Anyways, I was wondering if there are any techniques to do to make my dry, frizzy, puffy, damaged hair healthy, rich, strong and shiny? I heard from somewhere that what you drink affects your hair, is that true? Would drinker a lot of water help my hair? Anyways, thanks! I REALLY need good advice.
