  • is it bad if ive been on my period for more than 2 weeks?

    i had been on my period for exactly 36 days when high school started. i went to the docter and they wanted to open me up to see if it was a tumor or something. however my mother didnt want to give consent because they wouldnt put me on anestsia or anything.and because she also didnt like the idea of her 14 year old daughter's vagina would be opened up. the big problem is that this has become something constant. last month i was on it for 10 days. at the moment its been 20 days. my period usually lasts 7 days 8 is the most. is this normal or could i have something?
