two weeks ago i pinched the syatiac nerve in my lower back,, it has seemed to of healed up ok , now the prob is ,, my butt cheek,left leg,and testicals, are starting to hurt alot, Butt and leg are cramping, and the " boys " are constantly throbbing , as if i was kicked , if any one has had a back problem like this , is this normal?

when the price of oil goes up, the gas companys raise there price right away by 5 to 10 cents a ltr, but when oil goes down , like it has been, they dont lower the pump prices, oil went down 2.00 per barrel last week , and the pricks raised their prices 2 cents a ltr, dosent this **** ya off..

I have a 95 f150 4x4 , the coil springs are nfg , i was told to get new springs that are 3/4 in dia , there is a snow plow on it what is the proper style i should get ( just bought the truck), i read on how to do it my self , or should i just take it in and let the spring shop do it,with there advice , thanks people..
