Well it's a neighbor,we have never officially ever met,that is we have never spoke a word to one another.

The only contact we have ever made was a friendly wave of a hand and a smile.

I noticed one day after waving she suddenly let go of her car steering wheel and just started waving like she had forgot she was still driving,suddenly the road ran out and she had to jerk the wheel to keep from wrecking.

I saw her stop outside my house a couple of times for no reason,and then a few days ago we were passing down the street when suddenly she stopped in front of me (a one lane road).....I drove past her by veering into a neighbors lawn(bad lawn edge) and I went on.

Since then whenever I see her I usually wave as usual,but it's like she tries her best to look away from me,anyone know perhaps what all of this means?

Recently ebay made some changes to payment types in which only paypal can now be used as a payment method,no checks,etc.

I believe this violates both the commerce,and the obligation of contract clauses,in addition it also seems to violate anti-competition laws,by arbitrarly requiring an ebay company as the only means of payment,one in which forces a seller to except a fee under contract to get paid.ebay has no competition in the payment industry now,and prevents a method of payment to a seller that does not require a fee.
