Today in soccer training, i overstretched to get the ball and now i feel i sharp pain every time i walk and run in my right quadriceps. Our first match is tomorrow and i need some tips on the best and fastest ways to help it heal in time of the match or at least make the pain less significant.

I've been looking for some new metal bands as i have been listening to 60s,70s,80s,90s metal and i would like to expand my love of metal. I don't like the bands Children of Bodom, Cradle of Filth etc...(the guitar work is superb but the vocals put me off). So if anyone can suggest metal bands that don't have screaming vocals it would be greatly appreciated :D

I recently recieved a (used) ZOOM G2 effects pedal and it will not work. We plugged the lead from the guitar into the input jack labelled INPUT and the lead from the amplifier into the input labelled OUTPUT(PHONES). I turn on the pedal, turn on the amplifier, strum a chord on the guitar and.....nothing happens. I'm pretty sure i'm doing everything right but just in case, can someone tell me what's wrong? This is basically the setup: Guitar->Pedal->Amplifier

I keep hearing that removing all the strings at once removes all the tension on the neck and bridge causing intonation problems. Some say they remove all their strings all the time and nothing happens but others disagree. So what do you think? True or False?

My dad recently bought an Apex home theatre system from a man in my area for $500. The DVD player turned out to be NTSC and would not play original PAL DVDs. Is there any way to make the DVD player play PAL DVDs? We called a repairmen and he mentioned some kind of code, but he wouldn't give it to us unless we paid him. Can anyone help help us?

It was bought about two weeks before Christmas and opened on Christmas day, the amplifier itself is brand new and there are absolutely no faults concerning sound or cosmetic appearance. I can provide the original box and instruction manuals but not the plastic sleeve/bag thingy's the amplifier was in when i opened it. I'm only looking to sell because i realised i did not want a modelling amplifier.

I would like to purchase a new game for Christmas but i can't decide between the two. Can anyone tell me which you think is better? Thanks in advance :)

They aren't deep, and can only be seen in the light. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them and how to prevent them in the future? The colour is glossy black which i know visibly shows fingerprints, and the body is alder wood. The case is a soft case if that helps in anyway.

Or do some of them put the guitar a little off?

I'm using an Epiphone GT620 Electric and Bass guitar tuner.
